Agreed, Barry and Cisico would have been a good match up. But no we got a pretty below average ep that should have kickstarted an amazing cross over event.

Supersonic punch. He's been able to hurt people made out of steel before. Plus he can throw lightning which would either hurt or possibly power CS up but there's still that chance. Actually my thought would have been for Cisco to put a beat down on CS and shine for once.

That portal opening at that exact time WITH The Flash and Cisco actually coming through and beating the crap out of Cyborg S would have been the only possible saving grace of this monstrosity of a so called entry into a crossover event.

Yeah it would have been infinitely better if he had showed up to help earlier. He and Cisco have superpowers but are human so they would have been perfect help in this situation.
