I think he is feeling inadequate since losing his powers and is kinda expressing it through his wardrobe. When he was at full strength he was always dressed either in his divine garb or very professional GQ, but when he lost them I think he feels like a slacker, or less than perfect so he is dressing how he feels It was a gradual, casual decline - wardrobe wise But he is still stunning. He would make burlap look haute coture 8P

I dislike the hat. not sure why an Angel would wear one. Not digging it for the character. And yes DB is gorgeous.

God, I love him in that hat. He is definitely a striking man.
He even commented that he's been working out for years and yet Kevin & Tom get all the naked scenes. Hope that means he gets a shot to show the results of his hard work, too. (The thought of which sends my mind racing.) 🙂
