Savitar may be the fastest, but Zoom is the most brutal speedster of them all. He beat the beep out of him, then paraded around the city with his near lifeless body to ccpn and ccpd, and then broke his back. Zoom is savagery personified.

I agree, but only for the first couple episodes that Zoom was in. After that things went to sh*t.
