They might as well have given the role to Dave Chappelle.
I respect Leto as an actor, but just saying.
As for the movie, I don't think it was directed well enough,
especially for THAT budget.
The angles, the quick shots, and overall representation of the setting & story
all felt WAY too basic, cheap and simple, for a movie like this.
If it had been filmed 10-15 years ago, I wouldn't have complained.
(Although I can pick a handful of films that were shot
10-15 years ago, with direction much fresher, creative & inventive
than on this movie, I guess that's my problem with it)
