I don't think that the writers have enough imagiantion to write smehting liek this one. So don't expect miracles.

I think Savitar is wearing a containment suit. He's reached the final stage of the take-in of Speedforce, having ceased the need for a physical body. His cells are in constant acceleration - making him so fast that he actually moves between the strings of reality.
Reverse-Flash and Zoom would have ended up the same way if they had acquired as much SF. Which would have taken them centuries - I think Savitar has already depleted whole dimensions of their Speedforce, having rendered them virtually motionless.
Savitar is the leader of a cult that follows him on his crusade. His disciples are organised by his right-hand man, Alchemy. I take it Alchemy built the suit for Savitar, fears and obeys him, but is secretly working against him. I guess Alchemy is trying to forge a weapon against his master. Kind of a Vader-Sidious thing. There's good in Alchemy (who will turn out to be the half-destroyed Original-Timeline-Eobard from S1 finale).
I think Wally is his intended weapon. Wally will become the incarnation of the Speedforce's savage nature, the fury of the Speedforce.
Barry will have to

1. save Wally
2. stop Savitar from sucking all motion out of this dimension
3. forge an alliance with Eobard Thawne.
   Cool season ahead.

There was a teleporter but no other speedster than the Flash and Reverse-Flash.

Wasn't there another in season 1 that appeared in 1 episode? Maybe I'm wrong.

Savitr moves at the speed of light. Seems Flash is a bit out of league with that one. He can also move with ease through dimensions and heal wounds almost instantly. Hopefully they don't screw the character up.

He was in tonight's episode, but the cable is acting crazy (Workers are coming back tomorrow) so I missed much of the ending.

Can someone tell me what did Savitar say at the end of tonight episode?

Whatever. I remember he killed his Time Remnant and revealed his identity right before a hiatus.

Zoom's identity was revealed in episode 15.

Savitar is rumored to show up in tonight's episode and next episode, then will sit out the big crossover episode between the four superhero shows, and appear in the Winter hiatus where Alchemy's identity is revealed just like last season we learned who Zoom was (kind of) in the mid-season finale.

It sounds like he will appear in episode 6 & 7.

General consensus mid season finale sounds about right, they usually do big reveals there and this how is sort of known for sticking to script. If Savitar's identity isnt revealed then Alchemy's will.

It's The Flash. Many of his opponents (and allies) are speedsters, just as most of Green Arrow's enemies and allies are archers or proficient in hand-to-hand, and non-firearms weapons combat, and just as Supergirl's are generally alien in origin.

Big fan. Good to see you on here. . .would be REALLY interested in your views on the visuals for the show. From my perspective, it ranges from amazing to terrible. But usually it's one of the things that keeps me coming back; for my money the stories are pretty silly.
Would also love your perspective on the upcoming movie.

Well, as I said, I have no idea. I applied the claim on time, or so I was told by the legal dept at Warners, but I won't know for sure what effects -if any- that claim will have until next year or so after the next reunion where the execs gather to discuss licensing issues, fees and such -apparently, this is an actual thing that happens every few months-.
Concerning my particular opinion about the character design issue, you catch me during a brief job break so I don't have enough time right now to elaborate properly. I'll try to do so later whenever I get some more time to spare but in short form I'll tell you that I don't like it -with all due respects to the series' artistic team, who usually do an amazing job-. Many reasons. I'll explain ASAP.

I just hope my name appears somewhere in the end credits, with a bit of luck. Not for me, but my mom was a big fan of the 90s show -that coincidentally aired in my country around the time that I got my break into comics and started working on the book- and I was still fairly young so she was always good-heartedly bragging about that to anybody who would listen. She would've liked that a lot.
