Not a "who would win" question. Just which team do you prefer? A DC fanboy can like the Marvel "team-up" better just like a Marvel fanboy can like the DC "team-up" better as well.
Me personally, Justice League. Hands down. WAY cooler IMO. Movie might suck, but the "team" is way cooler.
How does it feel to be deconstructed?

In general: Justice League for sure.
Current movies: very likely the Avengers.
The X-Men would traditionally beat out the League in my appreciation by a bit, though that might not be accurate anymore today. In terms of movies I don't see the currrent X-Men or Justice League line ups get past even the Guardians of the Galaxy, a team I have no history with past the one movie. I'd wait for the JL movie before I make any final statements though.

I think the Avengers are a little more diverse. The Justice League is just an overexposition of overpowered gods plus Batman to rule them all

For the most part: Avengers.
at least they are different from each other. Not Superman version Female, or Martian Superman or what have you.

The X-Men are my favourite team but Justice League in second. Then probably the Avengers. On the subject of Avengers comics though, I'm finally about to catch up on the New Avengers series that leads to Secret Wars, and eventually that too.

I preferred the X-men as a team-up
But I'd rank The Avengers above Justice League but that's probably down to Batman being the only DC hero in my top 10 as a kid
