I hope DC and WB will eventually give up the embargo of Batman. I want a Thomas Wayne Flashpoint Batman or a Batman Beyond Bat in this universe. The other character I want to see is Green Lantern. Having those two together with A-characters like Flash, Supergirl, Green Arrow and Martial Manhunter, the Justice League CW would feel more complete.
Get rid of Vixen, Atom, Citizen Steel White Canary and bring back Black Canary instead. Enough with those boring C-heroes from Legends.

Any character they use must play second fiddle to Felicity. As long as Felicity is on this show, keep the good characters off.

The c-list characters are way more interesting, IMO.
If you want to watch the a-list characters, you have tons of options already.

Green Arrow is a B character himself. You bring more A list heroes into this world, then Oliver becomes more and more irrelevant.
