If you've seen both shows, you might see a mixture of the two roles Tom Cavanagh has played in the past in this HR. He acts as goofy as Ed Stevens, but underneath seems every bit the Con Man that Conner was in the short lived NBC show "Trust Me" (which is underrated in my opinion).
It makes me think that Kreisburg is simply a Ton Cavanagh fan as he is off John Wesley Shipp and Jesse L. Martin Amanda Pays, and Mark Hamill.
Thoughts?
I hope either they make this character what he seems to be Or they send him back. Don't make him another villain.
Better yet bring back the ORIGINAL, Earth-1 Harrison Wells. With or without Tess Morgan.
Sometimes I'm really hard at work, other times it's just an act.
