In the 616 Universe Peter is bitten by a radioactive spider and received spider abilities such as spider-sense and enhanced strength
In the 6160 Universe Peter is bitten by a genetically altered spider created by Osborn called the "Oz Formula" and received spider abilities such as immortality along with the usual
Which origin story will they be using because this Spider-Man is obviously most similar to the 6160 character - we may see a flashback of Uncle Ben but which spider and which super origin do we get?

Probably the 616 since that's what people are most familiar with.
What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
