Hes the best character of the entire CW-verse and Legends is lucky to have him. While there are still spots in every episode which induce immediate eye rolling, the overall story this season hasnt been bad. Trading Rip Hunter and Vandal Savage for Eobard Thawne was a winning move. Hes carrying the show despite the fact that hes only in a couple minutes of each episode.
