I can count on both hands already just from s1 how many times they ripped of copied and stole beep from Smallville..
RED kryptonite episode RIPPED of from Smallville..episode in season 2..
Livewire ripped of from Smallville episodes..
kara going to fortress of solitude in supergirl.. ripped of from Smallville kara going to fortress of solitude.
Supergirl villain of the week about fighting created meta beings..or super beings or created RIPPED of from Smallville.. that was the entire structure of smallville..
Large number of imprisoned Kryptonians, escape from phantom zone and come to earth bases of supergirl s1
s story.. RIPPED of from smallville! There's more and more and more An they already ripped hit off form Smallville in s2 BY INTROUCING.lena luthor.. whos actual name is, lutessa lena luthor as her name was on Smallville.. but she went by tessas on the show.. AND wait by introducing lena on supergirl.. and making lena and kara friends in season 2 who will turn into enemies.they have copied the entire *beep* basis of smallville BY copying the relationship between clark and lex on smaville who becomes friends lex suspects *beep* ruins there friendship.. by digging into clarks life. and suspecting hes more then eh seems.. becomes obdessed with him and the turn into enemies and lex turns into the villian.. And they have already started to copy that exact relationship.. with kara and lena in supergirl and it will play out exactly the same as lex and clark in smaville Do the writers of this show.. just watch Smallville to come up with everything or what.. "oh i like that episodes" "lets copy that"" "oh i liek this plot structure let copy that" oh i like this, lets sopy that". I
ll come back and update this later.. when more of s2 is out.. and see what else they have copied from Smallville, if kara ends up leading central city.. or ends up going somewhere at the end of season 2.. im gonna beep on the world!

2016 CGI versus 2001-2011 CGI? Not really sure if they need to be compared. At least as far as I remember, Smallville did not have CGI monsters (aliens). In this show they look like someone just dropped out from a video-game or Power Rangers movie

It is absolutely SHOCKING that tv shows based on comic books would have similar storylines. Oh, my, gosh, it's completely unheard of! In fact, let's not stop at tv shows - let's do movies, too! In fact, Batman's storyline about his parent's deaths in Batman vs. Superman was totally ripping off The Dark Knight Returns, Batman, AND Gotham. Quick, someone, alert the press because hollywood is running out of ideas! They're also running out of different actors, since they couldn't even find someone besides an earlier version of Superman and Supergirl to play Kara's parents. (For the record, yes, I'm being sarcastic).
All that I've typed is as ridiculous as your whole "Supergirl is ripping off Smallville." If you honestly believe this to be true, then ALL superhero movies and tv shows and games are ripping of the comics they came from.

As long as they keep Lana off the show, I'm cool.
From your mouth to the showrunners' ears. Smallville was a pretty shallow teen show, but it would have been a lot more entertaining without Lana Sue sucking ever Clark storyline down a black hole of romantic angst. In fact, it was a lot more entertaining after she finally left.

IMHO, Smallville lost his charm after they killed off Lex. The creators didn't know in what direction to put a teen drama / slash show about Superman when they written-off the main catalizator for Clark's actions/inactions, so they started to introduce various superheroes into the mix, and that's where, IMO, they failed.

Clark spun his wheels. He wouldn't even fly, even though Kara was able to, he was too afraid. He didn't put his big boy panties on until the finale. The show was treading water after Lex left and on fumes as Clark was heroic and then not heroic. He was a failure when all was said and done.

Except in seasons 8 9 and ten smallville best seasons, Clark was being very proactive and taking Major steps to become a hero. Yeah in the early seasons Clark made a lot of mistakes but he's a teenager and teenagers makes mistakes all the time. What's kara excuse, in Supergirl? Dumbass.
