Are we to assume that GCPD investigated the the places Bane took over? Being that he was a terrorist and all that? Wouldn't the FBI want to investigate? Wouldn't they find Wayne's blood on the knife? or was that what Blake was going to do? Clear all evidence that would lead any investigators back to Wayne Manor?
We have what we seek, it is there all the time, and if we give it time, it will make itself known.
