This show seems like such a waste of The CW's money and DC's properties.
I get that they want to utilize second-string characters from the comics and TV shows, but barely any effort seems to be going into the writing.
Due to the lack of moderators, trolls can ruin the IMDB message boards. Don't feed them.

God, don't get me started on the poorly outlined and often contradictory rules of this show's time travel
IMO, this show should either have been a spin on the modern Justice Society or space adventures with Adam Strange.

The appeal is that it's a crossover show - that's all Berlanti cares about anymore - but the appeal wears off quick and time travel requires clever writing especially when it involves things like immortal dictators and a revenge plot by the leader of the team.
It should have been a Justice League show. The appeal would have lasted longer and villain of the week episodes would have actually fit the bill perfectly.
