I'm surprised more haven't shown up.
From what I've read, in the comics certain Inhumans, like Lash and Raina, looked, well, inhuman because the Kree engineered them to look like the alien races they were at war with so they could serve as sleepers/spies.
Maybe the show's effects budget won't let them do the make-up for it.

Lash looked kinda silly did he not? Raina was fine in terms of appearance. Just ugly and unattractive to my eyes. She really burned me and was kinda b!tch. I didn't like the dirty scumbag.
