  • Church is quite good but, really he's a rip-off of Brick from the comics, who was already adapted rather poorly on Arrow. It's Count Vertigo again. Pure laziness.
  • Prometheus. Not only is he not the comic book villain of the same name, he's yet another "bad guy with identical powers to the hero, a distorted voice and mysterious identity" like Reverse Flash, Zoom, and the Dark Archer. Once again, lazy and formulaic.
