It is actually a pretty good matchup, and both have won and lost it in the comics.
How powerful or metal like LCs skin is, keep in mind Danny has enough powerful fist to even knock out collosus;

And LC isn't invulnerable, just has impenetrable skin. Thus, the blunt force of the incredibly dangerous punches Danny can ditch out can do a heck of a number on LC if he isn't careful.
Also, the way you phrased it you almost get the idea that he never goes down at all, even to anyone like iron fist. If that is what you meant, that is patently ridiculous, there are literally too many people with power levels far beyond LC or even Iron Fist to count
