Some people are suggesting that Prometheus might be Tommy Merlyn, but how? Does it have to do with bringing him back via Flashpoint?
And for the record, I do hope it is Tommy Merlyn!

Someone said it could be Tommy (earth 1) since maybe Malcolm tried the Lazarus Pit on him when he knew it existed.

Could be him from Earth 2, or even 3. Considering Earth-3 where Supergirl is from is somehow connected to Earth 1 (where Green Arrow and Flash are)
It's definitely Tommy, although the Arrow writers love to recycle Malcolm over, and over, and over.
