<p dir="auto">Someone who can establish rules and continuity that run through all the CW DC superhero shows (Supergirl, Vixen, Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow)?<br />
I can't be the only person wondering why Barry and Eobard are allowed to travel back and change time when Time Masters and Time Wraiths are supposed to prevent that.<br />
Or how Barry and The Legends of Tomorrow changing time impacts the other connected CW shows.</p>

<p dir="auto">It seems fairly obvious that they don't, don't you think?  Their shows aren't even internally consistent, let alone consistent across series.</p>
