Not so soon. It looks like she may be bringing in Colleen Wing.

I hope she is alive and is the one to bring them together. It would suck if she didn't seeing as she is the only character to appear in all of the solo shows.

I really really really don't hope it's her death, not just because I love the character, but also because Rosario Dawson loves to play her and I'd hate to see her out of that job.
I think more likely, and better accepted by the fans, would be them coming together because Claire is endangered (kidnapped by a big bad) or because (and this one is my big hope) because Claire finally cashes in her chips and says "Okay, I have gone to the end for you, now it is time for you to do the thing for me." or "Hi, guys? Do you know about each other? Because you should really know about each other I know about all of you. Also, working together is better than working alone." which is already something she did in JJ with her talks to both Jessica (I know a guy, maybe he can help you, please let me get you in touch) and Luke (you and her work well together, you should think about that).

OMG! That would be super hardcore and dark. This will be highly likely scenario. BUT I really love her character so I will keep my fingers crossed

I can see it happening, only in this case I don't see Claire being resurrected like Coulson since these characters are so far and away from SHIELD.

Defenders already has enough in common with Avengers, we don't need a Coulson-type death.

I feel the same as Claire is my favourite character but it seemed like a logical plot device.
