Zhou Cheng has been confirmed as have the Meachums. Chances are, Steel Serpent will also be in this. A lot of fans theorize Madame Gao from Daredevil will also play a role.
I think it was Joe Quesada who said this show might have the most villains than any other Netflix show so far, so expect a large rogues gallery.
