I finally finished the whole thing.
I loved it, started out slow in the first episode, but all pilot episodes do.
I would say it is on the same level as Jessica Jones and Daredevil. I love both of those shows equally, and this one fits right in.
Unlike other people I don't rank the shows. Each of them are great in their own ways, so I don't bother comparing them because all three go for different tones that can't be applied to each other. One is about a blind man who becomes a vigilante using a gift he has because he hates bullies. Another is a chick who went through serious rape trauma from a man who can literally make you do anything you want (Which screws with you mentally to having no control over your body), and the last one is a man who takes back his streets from a ruthless gangster because someone he cared about that took kids off the street got killed.
All of them are different overtones.
Luke Cage gets the same rating the other two got from me. 9/10

Seen first episode 10 minutes ago and wow, i am totally blown away. It's so good i had to login to imdb and give it a 10.
Can't wait til' Jessica Jones appear, she and Luke Cage are my kind of heroes, total screw-ups but when they have to deliver they beep do, they are both amazing.
I am also a bingewatcher but i will give it my best effort to only watch 1 or 2 episodes per day just to enjoy this as long as i can.

Just looked at the cast and JJ is not in this at all but i hope they do a show with Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, JJ's sister, Daredevil, Electra and some more marvel characters.
Daredevil blew me totally away, Jessica Jones blew me totally away and now Luke Cage blows me totallay away. It's like the golden age of tv-shows have come and i am right in the middle of it experiencing it first hand as it unfolds :D.
