<p dir="auto">If you pay someone tax free under the table, then it is a lot cheaper than paying someone legitimately. Plus if every celeb that rolls through Harlem comes in and leaves a huge tip, Pop probably has a decent amount of money saved up. The other barbers pay rent to Pops to use his chairs and possibly tip out Luke as well.</p>
