Remember when Komassar Gordon, Chief O'Hara and Barbara saw old films of Batman and Robin's traps? My question is: WHO MADE THOSE FILMS AND WHY DIDN'T THEY TRY TO RESCUE BATMAN AND ROBIN?! It's like that last Seinfeld episode when they saw that mugging and they were arrested for doing "nothing". I guess the "good Samaritan law" hadn't happened yet.

One I remember was when they were about to be devoured by some plant in a hot-house. This was after Robin was knocked unconscious by gas emitting from a bouquet Lilac's moll dropped on the floor
"I'll get it"
"
BE CAREFUL ROBIN
!!!"
I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked.

The Riddler taped his antics in the silent movies capers and perhaps was inclined to do so in general. The Penguin straps a camera to Batman's leg in the motion picture story arc. It has been quite a long time as to the LTL episode being viewed by me so I do not remember the traps in question there.

It was the villains' secure-cam which was confiscated when they were sent, as Robin would say, "UP THE RIVER".

That Seinfeld episode was one of the worst things I saw on tv that year. It made zero sense. As for Batman, I wouldn't take anything they did too seriously.
