<p dir="auto">We always knew the first-season music came from an unknown European source. Now we know at least one of the people who wrote it.<br />
I recently discovered an almost-forgotten composer, Rudy Schrager (<br />

Schlager), through his<br />
Gunsmoke<br />
scores. You cannot believe how good they are  equal to Herrmann, Goldsmith,<br />
etc<br />
