Obviously all women should be grateful they're getting a girl action series, right? What I don't understand is, why does it have to be animated? Why can't vixen have her own tv show that isn't animated, like the guy superheroes?

Unfortunately, the shoes you listed are over the course of 30 years. There are more television shows starring males in a single year.
