I will take Gruffudd and Alba over Teller and Mara as Reed and Susan anyday.
Gruffudd can act and is fully capable of playing a leader and Genius like reed unlike Teller(who was great in Whiplash but awful as Reed).
Alba is not a good choice for Susan but I will taker her over Kate Mara's boring self
I'm gonna show you something beautiful everyone screaming for mercy

Yeah both him and Jessica Alba were pretty bad in this. Though I did like Chris Evans and Michael Chilkis.

It was ghastly, and the chemistry with his wife was non existent. The Thing and the torchie fella seemed more like a couple than those other two.
And it didn't help that his stretching power didn't look good.

Gruffudd was alright, but I have always considered him the weakest of the four main cast members. Mr. Fantastic is someone who people listen to, yet the films never really capture that as they try to add character by making him into a weak personality that gets trampled on regardless of his genius. Not all of that is Gruffudd's fault. They just didn't write Reed Richards as well as they should have.

I am not a fan. I just happen to enjoy movies. Fans are embarrassing.

He handled the slapstick bits very well, and Reed is supposed to be kind of a stick in the mud, but there is one scene at the end which called for way more emotion than he delivered.
