Anywaywith CGI, you have what's called character models. It's easier and cheaper to reuse the character model and that means the same clothes.
Then again, the company made Reboot, which was notorious for having the characters change clothes whenever a game came in, but I think that had a bigger budget.

they wear the same clothes because it's cheaperproduction wise i mean. not cheaper for the fictional characters.

In "Keeping Secrets", there is a part where MJ and Peter have modified clothes. They wear the same clothes, but they are different colors. MJ's purple shirt is green, and Peter's black shirt now had blue on it.

They didn't always wear the same clothes! Peter changed into his Spider-man costume in every episode!! lol. I guess it's just something about cartoons. Keep the style the same. Does it annoy people?

This happens in most cartoons, like Flinstones and Scooby-doo etc. It kind of bothered me because Peter and especially Harry were very metrosexual looking, I was hoping the whole time that they would change into something a little less ambercrombie.
