For some reason I enjoyed them when they first came out, but in hindsight the dialogue, acting, EVERYTHING was horrible.
A good superhero movie should be fun for kids and still written well enough for adults (like The Avengers). Fantastic Four is so cheesy that it is only good by kid standards.
Thank God for the reboot.

The films were cheesy and even cringeworthy even when it first came out. Yet its undemanding fun, especially in light of the failed reboot.

The 90s Batman movies were badly written too. I'm talkin about the Burton ones also. Corny a@@ lines from characters trying to be hardcore. Can't even listen to it today.

Directed terribly too. I don't know why Tim Story was picked to direct these movies. He shoots the movie like a sitcom, all close ups and bland shots.
