I was looking around the DVD shop and saw on the back of the DVD that there was "TV-PG (V)" and a canadian rating giving it "G".Can anyone tell me what this rating exactly means in canada?

Well there you go. I go a bit OCD when I see that; I HATE it when employees throw the wrong ratings on their DVDs. Just drives me nuts.
Honestly though I don't even think my Giant Tiger has any rating stickers that go any higher than 14A.

Oh I believe there was a sticker. I remember the "Animaniacs" boxsets had stickers slapped on.

Was the G rating a sticker put on the box, or was it printed right on the cover? Because often the store employees have stickers to put on the boxes and they most likely figured it was totally for kids. I've seen it all before. My local Giant Tiger is terrible for that, putting 14A stickers on hard R movies like The Wild Bunch and Sudden Impact, or even Platoon!

Thank you but the show is tV-PG for violence and it has some language.Sometimes the canadian rating is wrong. One of the weirdest things is that the superfriends boxset had a PG rating! Are they trying to compare that to Batman:the animated series or its spinoffs?Weird but I'll check the site you gave me.Thanks again.
