Even tho it's Thor, doesn't Thor still have to be "worthy to wield Mjolnir?
Don't know if being an evil clown, even while being controlled by the Ringmaster, would let him qualify as being "worthy"

Anyone who is worthy of Mjolnir can pick it up, not just Thor. Odin would definitely be worthy.

Also when Oden came down he picked it up no problem. I know he is the all father but I thought ONLY Thor could pick it up. Also. When ever the Hulk goes crazy. Why doesnt Thor place Mjolnir on Hulks chest?
Are you trying to say that The All-father Odin is not worthy to carry Mjolnir? Also, Thor has a hard enough time getting the Hulk on his back, you think Hulk's just going to stay down whiel Thor puts his hammer on his chest? Or that Hulk won't just roll over.
Don't forget: It's just a story being told
Nothing is "overrated". Your opinion is just outnumbered

Being under mind control doesn't change his worthiness. It's happened with other incarnations of the character. The character, himself, is still worthy. It's the one who is controlling him who is not.
