"This is the best day of my life" was the saddest line I've ever heard in a movie. Seriously, that was a tear-jerker after everything that had happened.
"I don't fight because I'm power hungry. I fight because power is needed for change."

Agreed.
The ending was perfect and did move me to tears. Definitely one of my favorite Batman animated films alongside MOTP and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
None of the live action Batman films could ever hope to capture one iota of the level of quality of these animated masterpieces.

I have no idea what daredevil is talking about. The Batman/Jason/Joker showdown was effin epic. All three characters hit their peak one after the other like a massive domino effect. The writers did it so perfectly, and in the end, who won? The Joker. He may not have got exactly what he wanted, but all he could do was laugh at all the chaos and destruction he caused.
There couldn't have been a more fitting end to this story. Not to mention how well the musical score was perfectly orchestrated during these moments.

That ending was incredible. I remember being let down for a few moments when I first watched it because the Bruce-Jason-Joker stand-off betrayed the source material. I thought all was lost, and then, BOOM, and after that THE ENDING.
The ending is what secured this movie as my favorite DCU ever.
