So at the end of episode they talk to Nick Fury about putting "Molecule Boy" into the hero training prgram with a bunch of High School kidsummm that's the entire premise of Ultimate Spiderman.
So is Molecule Man going to join Spidey, Powerman, Iron Fist and the rest of them at "Coulsen High"if the two are in the same "universe" some of the guest spots make no sense. Like Spiderman switching bodies with Hulk. Or Spiderman working at Stark Labs (well hanging out and 'borrowing' tech).

I don't see any major continuity issues between Ultimate Spider-Man and this show.
EMH, the MCU (and Amazing Spider-Man) are just hinted at. As in versions of thme may have happened.

Right. MAA takes place in the same universe as the Avengers EMH but also somehow USM but also somehow the movie universe.it does and does not when it is or is not convenient.
