Former U.S. Army sergeant Krista Starr returns home and does everything to prove that psychotic military veterans are a problem because she acts like one and worse, carries around a semi-automatic pistol illegally. This is not a reflection on the actress Jill Wagner. This is the fault of the screenwriters who developed her character.
