<p dir="auto">I was expecting much worse.  Sure the script wasn't good, the acting was lousy, and the production values were non-existent, but it was fairly true to the comics and the basic story worked.<br />
I wouldn't say it was any worse than the big-budget version that followed, and it was better than the Rise of the Silver Surfer.<br />
