The plot, while on an Antarctic expedition to map previously unknown mountains, Dirk Jr. and Summer discover the ruins of an ancient city under the ice. Exploring further, they find a pyramid with ancient humans in possible hibernation. The twins then contact their dad, who notifies Scully & Mulder. Al takes the FBI Agents to Antarctica to investigate the great find.
Cancer Man is already working his sinister mojo, sending black op agents to stop the agents. There's a battle, during which Dirk Jr., Summer, Scully, Mulder & Al are captured, but they are just as quickly rescued by a team, led by Jack Ryan and Dirk.
The ancient humans are brought out of hibernation and tell of actually being Antarians left behind (in Atlantis) when the comet strike of 12,900 years ago happened. The Antarians also reveal a great power source to the team. While preparations are made to transport the Antarians and power source to Washington DC, more of Cancer Man's minions attack.
This time, It's Jake and his fellow pilots from the Teddy Roosevelt to rescue the day. Now rescued, the team, Antarians, and power source are loaded on the Roosevelt.
All appears well, but Cancer Man hasn't yet played his ace in the hole. This time, a giant saucer descends on the Roosevelt. The Roosevelt loses powerr and can't defend herself. This time it's the Antarians that save the day as the Alien hybrids that Cancer Man sends as his minions are natural enemies of the Antarians. The Antarians gleefully dispatch the hybrids with Cancer Man hissing that this isn't the end as the saucer barely gets away.
The Roosevelt makes her way to New York City and the team is able to present the Antarians to the UN. The Antarians activate their power source, which calls Antaris.
