Is there anywhere to purchase this on VHS, DVD or any station that shows it? I'd really like to watch it, I know its a hanna-barbera cartoon and have searched all over the internet, even shady ebayers don't seem to be selling this series, just the crappy 1978 series

Warner hasn't released this series yet because of several legal snags.

The rights to the newer F4 adaptations (2005-present) are owned by Fox

Warner is sister company to DC Comics, the biggest rival of Marvel Comics, thus a release of this show on DVD would create a conflict-of-interest.
There may be others, I'm not sure

I really wish they would put this into a boxed set.
It's weird how there seems to always be a problem with Marvel cartoons when it comes to dvd releases
I'm lucky I got a boxed set of the FF series from the 90s when I had a chance to

Yeah boomerang just took FF off again. I bought the boot legged dvd's from ebay and they werent half bad other than the fact that there was no intro and the quality was lousy. Still worth buying though.

The 1967 version of The Fantastic Four is currently being broadcast on Boomerang, at 3am Eastern Time. I've seen DVD listings for the 1967 version on eBay, but I never bought them.
