Late last year I found a copy of Mutant X: Season 3 on amazon.com for around $50.00 with shipping & handling, So I ordered it right up to complete my Mutant X Collection.
I was excited to receive it in the mail a week and half later.
But there was a problem.
The packaging was in perfect condition.
Disc 1 was in perfect condition.
Disc 3 was in perfect condition.
Disc 3 was in perfect condition.
Disc 4 was in perfect condition.
Thats right I got 2-copies of disc 3 and no copy of disc 2.
So I emailed the seller right away to tell them the mix-up.
The seller responded by saying she was sorry for the mix-up, She had several copies for sale and when they repackaged them for sale someone dropped the ball and mixed up the discs in shipping between the 2 box sets.
She was really nice and told me she would reimburse me the $50.00 and told me I could also keep the DVD collection for the mix-up.
So now, somewhere out there, someone else has my disc 2 and I have their disc 3.
Ive looked everywhere to buy just the disc 2 that I need but cant find any at all.
And now Season 3 cost a fortune to buy because its so rare.
I cant even find a copy to rent to copy. Besides I would prefer an original copy for my original collection.
Does anyone know anyone selling individual discs of this collection or maybe know someone else that may have ended up with double disc 2s. I have a extra disc 3 if someone is willing to trade.
Because someone out there, someone has the exact same problem as me only the opposite on the extra discs.
Any help appreciated.
