Is there any chance that this will pop up on DVD? They'd do nothing but profit from it and god knows the crappy version I have isn't going to last.

Not true. Screw-On Head, based on the Mignola one-shot, had a pilot (actually released online) which has now made it's way onto DVD. Ten bucks for 22 minutes isn't that cheap, but it's got some great commentary and a behind-the-scenes feature.
We got this because of the fans. They kept pushing for it, and eventually got the release. Keep trying with Global Frequency; maybe we'll get lucky.

Nobody would ever release a show that didn't make it past it's (one episode) pilot. Sad, but it may get picked up in the future.
