Who does the voice of that new character Stretch-O-Mutt? I'm not able to watch this show due to when it's on, so I don't know his voice. If you can tell me, I could search the person on IMDb and get an idea of what Stretch-O sounds like by looking at other shows the person did.

It says he did the voice of Yakkity Yak on the cartoon of the same name.
Does Stretch-O sound anything like Yakkity? If yes then thanks for technically telling me what he sounds like!
