<p dir="auto">It appears Marvel put out a couple comics based on the show (which was, of course, loosely based on a comic).  Haven't read them myself.  Not sure if these are just retellings of tv episodes or what, but this description says it provides some back-story, revealing how Shalimar became a hero.<br />
