It was interesting when it first arrived but I'm not sure it matters anymore since modern buildings kept booming.
What I mean is, I don't think any architect-designed building makes any difference anymore when 99% of all structures in the rest of the vicinity around a designer-site, are so dismal.
There's simply too many damn buildings.
