In horror movies, whenever someone running as fast as they can is always caught by the monster even if the monster is walking at a regular pace.
Also fake out jumpscares. Oh it was just a cat. Oh it was just your friend putting his hand on your shoulder, etc.

I have quite a few.
-When there is a destruction in the city, you have to save a crying young child.
-Most women wear a bra during sex.
-Women screaming every 10 seconds everytime something "scary" happens

Movies period. Doctor Sleep and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood are the only new movies I've watched in the last 3 years. When I hear friends and family say we're going to see the Point Break remake I'm like why waste time & money on that ****?!

Or if they are divorced they happen to be available and interested in each other again by the end.

A beloved character by others dies by getting killed and they are over it right away.
And no one freaks out at all at seeing a dead human body and act like they see them all the time.

Umm that new movie with Melissa McCarthy and that other actor. I forgot her name. That movie does every cliche I've seen in movies so far. Melissa Mc Carthy is the cliche queen of showbiz.

when a guy dies but the director is too stupid to avoid showing him still breathing because he has no camera technique and is in fact some rich jew bankers son who makes a movie by purchasing big names and then paying off influencers to say how great it is which leads to millions of followers to watch the piece of **** and then pay off the newspaper people to say what an organic miracle it was

This always follows some sub-Sorkin impassioned rant. Are you done? It's especially irritating because it feels like it's meant to sort of balance things out. Like you're supposed to be excited by the impassioned rant, but then the other character goes, get this, "Are you done?", and you're like "Shit! The shoe's on the other foot now!"

The innovative eventually becomes a cliche, especially if it was profitable. They'll keep doing it until its not.
I can think of many, but one conversational cliche I can't stand is when conflict arises and the protagonist is reluctant to say. Say the husband just lost his job.
Husband: Honey, I have something to tell–
Wife: Wait, me first! I know I can be indulgent at times, but with how things are going at work, I just bought a brand new car!
Husband: Oh, that's great, honey (he says nervously)
Wife: What were you about to tell me?
Husband: Uh, um, nothing, just what we're having for dinner? <nervous laugh>
Here's another one I just thought of while typing the previous stuff..
-Cutting to a new scene after an corny inside "joke" before someone can answer.
