They are all too old now, but in their in their primes any of these 3 would have been divine casting:
Charlotte Rampling, she possessed the same imposing, striking, handsome beauty, sophisticated looks, spare features and angular face and figure.
Kathleen Turner was a "softer", less severe version of Bacall. She was beautiful but not as arresting as Bacall, like a carbon copy that is more muted than the original. A "lesser" Bacall.
Linda Fiorent111cino (in the 90's) with her angular face and minimalist, flinty features. Intimidating and riveting. The quasi-ethnic version of Bacall with her discernible Mediterranean roots.

Honestly, it would have to be an unknown or something. I can't think of anybody famous who looks like her. She was an original beauty

Hate to say this one folks but theres already a Bogie-Bacall bio pic in the works.
Its independent, so it wont be a big thingbut its still there. The estate seems to have no knowledge or interest in promoting it either, which should make things interesting down the line if it was ever brought to their attention.
From the sounds of it, it seems as if the book is going to focus primarially on Bogart and Bacalls love story.
Heres the link to the facebook site:
https://www.facebook.com/BOGIEandBACALL?fref=ts&ref=br_tf
Bacall will be portrayed by an actress by the name of
Roxana Condurache
.

Allsion Janney I have to say. I recently watched her in Bad Words
and I have to say that in that movie she took after quite a lot Bacall. Indeed, Bcall was unique and but if I've to choose and actress I wouild choose Allison Janney.

I actually think in the future there could possibly be a biopic of her life. First of all because she's gone down as a screen legend and is so universally well known and cherished as a screen legend of the 1940's so it's safe to say many people would go see it, and secondly because she was so open about her personal drama and struggles that there is a lot to work with and a lot of information we know about her. It might be a little tricky deciding who might be a good Bacall because she was so famous for her voice and nobody has that voice when you really think about it. It was so unique. Kathleen Turner would have made a PERCECT Bacall in the 80's since at one point she looked and sounded just like Ms Bacall. However Turner is a little older now and it would be a little difficult. I think when it comes to appearance she could be played by Anne Hathaway, Kate Mara, Lizzy Caplan or even Jsssica Chastain could make a good Bacall, but sadly none of them have the voice.
