Pretty amazing collection of Welles films!
You should also pick up "F For Fake" - it's one of his best! It's available from Criterion with some nice special features on a bonus disc, including a feature-length documentary about Welles' unfinished projects.

I am addicted to you; I have tasted your mind, and I cannot forgo its flavor.

Yes, I've seen it. But since he is neither the director nor lead actor I don't consider it to be an Orson Welles movie in the same way the others are.

Either Citizen Kane, F for Fake, or Chimes at Midnight. The Trial, Touch of Evil, and The Lady from Shanghai are also good. He is barely in The Third Man.

It may not technically be his best, and he didn't even appear in the film for a while - but - The Third Man is my choice. He was perfect.
And to be honest, I haven't seen many of the movies on the list.

I've seen only Citizen Kane, which was passable, and The Magnificent Ambersons, which was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Not being hyperbolic, it is trash.
