Also I never thought of Phoebe Cates as that hot in Fast Times at Richmont High. She is really petite and the top she is wearing just comes off as trying to overcompensate for small breasts, but we the audience can see that they are actually quite small than what the filmmakers were going for. Not to sound insulting, I just do not understand the scene. It would be like of someone with the body of John Heder for example, tried to look all muscular for a sexy scene, but the filmmakers just couldn't pull it off.
