I really don't think she had a nose job either. She also isn't the type to lie about not having plastic surgery. She was actually only 14 in Labyrinth, while it was being filmed. The bone structure of her nose has always remained the same since she grew up (later part of her teens to early 20s). A lot of people's noses are bulbous when they are still children. Her nose always comes to sharp point at the end, after she became an adult. The sharp end got more apparent as she's aged, when she slowly lost her baby fat and matured. When she gets super skinny, the sharpness is even more emphasized. I think it's fairer to judge her nose from when she was 18 years old in The Hot Spot and 19 years old in Career Opportunities, and beyond.
