Just saw Tommy Lee Jones in Criminal (2016) and he looked terrible. He looked old and feeble. Looked like he was in his 80s not 70. Maybe too much time out on the range.
Loved Tommy Lee Jones in "No Country For Old Men" and just about everything else but he looks terrible now.

I respectfully disagree. As early as Under Siege (1992), when he was 45, he already looked old with the bags under the eyes and weathered skin.
Obviously, he's aged since then but he's looked old for so long that perhaps you're misinterpreting "never seems to age" as "young looking".

seriously he looks old i thought he was in age group as Clint, been in space cowboys they were all playing men that where meant to be same age so why was Tommy in that film . He is younger then Stallone but Sly looks 30 younger then Tommy He is fine actor

What? Looks younger than 66? I'm sorry but please take a look at some pictures of him at the Cannes Film Festival 2014. I don't know why but he kinda looks much older now than Clint Eastwood, and Eastwood is 83.

I wouldn't say he looks younger as his skin is pretty weathered (likely because of how much of his life his spent farming) however he still looks tough as nails. Looks like he could still kick your butt to the curb if you pissed him off.
