The show was called Urban Anxiety, for Propaganda Films, in 1990-ish. The show starred Bob Balaban, Mary Kay Place, Oliver Platt, Angel Aviles, Ron Eldard, and Louise Lasser as the resident ghost. It was about a bunch of characters living in a apartment building. Julianne Moore played a nurse who lived across the way in an opposite building, whos bedroom window was across from Bob Balabans, so she was his fantasy girl. She was absolutely stunning, sweet, quiet, but friendly and in her scenes she had to undress to reveal a white bra, stockings and garter belt,I was never blown away from an actress until I met her. The shoot was a lot of fun, great cast and crew.

Friends with her on Facebook (my dad has met her). I've asked her about some stuff that I was interested in and she responded in a timely manner. She is definitely one of the nicest celebrities that I have encountered. I don't get all of the hate towards her. She is a beautiful, sophisticated, and kind lady.
