I heard Michelle steals parts from Meg. Courtney Cox is now a person named Katherine Moennig because all these fakes are running around. She used to be Meg too. Same person. I heard Jack pushes this stuff with some BS artist.

It's not some conspiracy to keep older women out of movies. If they were bankable then all you would see is older women in movies. It's not "unfortunate Hollywood doesn't cast women past 30" it's unfortunate that the general public pays to see younger.

You "heard" Michelle Pfeiffer steals parts from Meg? How did you obtain this info? I don't believe for one second this to be true. Was Catwoman in Batman Returns one of these stolen parts? Doubtful since Pfeiffer was not originally cast, it was Annetted Bening, who had to bow out due to pregnancy. I am happy it happened that way because her performance was phenomenal. I don't ever see Ryan pulling off a role like that.

I feel like during the height of Meg Ryan's career in the 1990s, there were several actresses all competing for the same parts in middling romantic dramas and bad thrillers. Melanie Griffith, Michelle Pfiefer, Helen Hunt, Kim Basinger, Sharon Stone all beautifup blondes that were interchangeable in those movies. And where are they now? Hollywood unfortunately offers very few roles for women past 30, although there's apparently no problem with casting 50 year old men with pretty young ladies half their age.
