She definitely does! When I watched Le Grand Bleu, it was my first time seeing Rosanna and during the whole movie, every time I saw her, I thought of Sarah.

I think Sarah Michelle Gellar could pass as her daughter. The Way SMG looks now reminds me of Rosanna. Both are great actresses!

I've been a huge Rosanna fan for many many years and I couldn't agree with you more Irving-Joey, I always thought that Rosanna and Olivia D'Abo looked much more alike then Rosanna and Patricia.must be their sexy overbites

She does look quite like Sarah Michelle Gellar or vice versa. Rosanna could play her older sister in a movie sometime. She also resembles the British actress Olivia DAbo, the indie star Adrienne Shelly, and Bruce Springsteens ex-wife Julianne Phillips. Of todays actresses, I think Scarlett Johansson reminds me of Rosanna the most. But she looks nothing at all like her younger sister Patricia Arquette. Interestingly enough, when asked in an interview which celebrity she gets mistaken for the most often, Rosanna answered that it was Rebecca De Mornay. I dont think they look much alike at all.

I watched "Desperately Seeking Susan" last night, and noticed this resemblance immediately. I haven't seen Arquette in "Summerland" or anything else recently, but twenty years ago she was a ringer for Gellar as Gellar looks today.

Except that Rosanna was sexier at 27 than Sarah is at 27. (Actually, she's sexier at 45 than Sarah is at 27.)
